I had a wonderful experience. The technician was prompt, very polite and knowledgeable. He found the problem in the attic right away and took pictures to show me. He dealt with the problem efficiently. He cleaned up after himself and now my dryer works great and I’m not afraid my house will catch fire! I will definitely use this company again!

The dryer-vent cleaning techs were fast, neat, professional, friendly, courteous and skilled. Cost was $249. The price was worth it, especially because the cleaning was long overdue; it was scheduled very quickly; the service was fast; and the goal of fire prevention was critically important.

Got several notices of upcoming appointment which was appreciated. The technician was right on time and was mindful abt telling us where and when the vacuum hoses were so no tripping. Left premises exactly how he found them. Cost was also very reasonable. Will use again in the future.
