Worst Lowe’s ever. Customer service is a joke, walk in, go to customer service 2 associates watch me and continue their conversation ignoring me. She then comes to help me out, I tell her I’m there to pick up an order. She says “how much do you want to pay”… I repeated myself, I’m there to pick up an order. Katherine, must have gotten annoyed cause the moment I repeated myself Katherine’s co worker was starting to assist another customer and Katherine just completely turned away from me and tried to help the other associate with the other customer. If a customer annoys you, don’t work with customers go do a back room job where you don’t have to inconvenience anyone else. Made a curbside order mainly because I was ordering a heavy bag of mortar. It was brought out and loaded into my vehicle without trouble and the person helping me was friendly and polite. Overall a great experience!

If you order a large, expensive item, DO NOT expect it to be delivered because either they will damage or break it before they load it on the truck or the truck itself will break down. This place really has deteriorated. Buy your major purchases elsewhere and don't get aggravated. I know MANY people with similar experiences!!!!! Lies, lies and more lies!!!! They make promises they do not keep! They claim to expedite recorders they screwed up and the item never comes BUT they keep billing you for items NEVER received. DISGUSTING, UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR!!!!

Lowes was awful today. Everyone I order online they put my products in a locker. It's fast, easy, and I don't have to talk to anyone. BUT TODAY I HAD TO WAIT IN A LINE OF PEOPLE AND WAIT FOR AN OLD LADY TO FIND IT. WATER OF MY TIME.

Got what I was looking for large place huge selection of things .I had just got out of Ace hardware with a bad experience and got everything in needed for a terrarium build and everyone that I talked to pointed me in the right direction and cut ✂️ out the plexiglass for me and attractions a good cost with no wait thanks for everything
