Omg...stopped in to get 2 gallons of paint shook up and buy a few plastic paint trays. I had to stand in line for 25 minutes to get the paint issue taken care of. A lady was buying a ton of paint samples and started complaining that the colors weren't right. The worker behind the counter said, "ma'am...the paint is made by the computer." Then, even after another worker came over to help, it took her forever to finish up and walk away. Then they helped the gentleman in front of me and then BOTH workers disappeared!! After they saw me standing there for 25 minutes. Never addressed me, never said we'll be right with you....nothing! Ridiculous!! Another shopper happened to come up to me and ask if anyone was working and I said, "there were 2 people but they both just walked away....I'

EDIT: THEY DELIVERED NOT 1 BUT 2 DAMAGED DISHWASHERS FROM THIS STORE. Corporate appliances couldn’t even each the store and said I would need to wait 5 business days for an update on rescheduling the 3 attempt. Don’t order appliances from here, likely to be damaged. Don’t get insulation through here they have little to no communication with 3rd party installers and dates are weeks-month out which is fine but they are not upfront with that information the way Home Depot is. Also management has no say or help with damaged items or installations all has to be a process through corporate. Just use home depot say stuff and better installation processes

I had a very frustrating experience with Lowe's regarding a cooktop installation. I ordered a cooktop measurement through Lowe’s, and a team came out about a week later to take the measurements. After that visit, I didn’t hear anything back for two weeks. I eventually went to the store to follow up, but no one seemed to know what was going on. Instead of helping resolve the issue, they asked me to call a separate installation company. I was surprised because I paid Lowe’s for the service and expected them to coordinate the process. I contacted the installation company they referred me to, but that led nowhere. I kept getting transferred to the same phone number with no response or clear update. At this point, it has been three weeks and three visits to the store, and I still don’t have

Don’t usually write reviews, but this is the best Lowes I’ve ever been to. They were very helpful, almost overly helpful, always have what I’m looking for, clean and well stocked. All home improvement warehouses should model themselves after this location.

I genuinely wanted to believe in this corporation. Hosting a customer and kids event was a generous gesture and seemed like a strong start. The activities such as food trucks, slime stations, and wood craft stations sounded promising, and at first glance, the event appeared to be a fun and family-friendly outing. Unfortunately, any goodwill was quickly erased by the complete lack of organization and the rude and unprofessional behavior of some staff. While a few employees were friendly, others were aggressive, dismissive, and completely lacking in basic customer service.
