Love seeing PINK, just wish they sold more tools in that color. No issues here so far, some men helped me load my truck full of dirt last trip which was very nice of them. Staff don’t bother you unless you ask for help (which I love lol) and check out people are so talkative and willing to help so much. Hoping to see more pink items in the near future!

I visit many home improvement stores across different cities, and this Lowe’s location consistently stands out as one of my preferred places to shop. Compared to other competitors, the store feels more organized, well-stocked, and easier to navigate, which makes a big difference when you’re working on time-sensitive projects. One of the main reasons I choose Lowe’s is the selection of brands they carry. Many of my preferred tool and home improvement brands are readily available here, and inventory is usually reliable. The layout allows customers to quickly locate materials, tools, and seasonal products without unnecessary searching, which I appreciate as someone who shops frequently for both small repairs and larger projects. They usually have what I need in stock, and the store is organized well enough to find things without too much trouble. Most of the staff are helpful when you can find someone, and checkout is generally smooth. Sometimes it can get busy, but overall it’s a solid place for tools, materials, and home improvement essentials.

Very tidy, well stocked in a variety of items compared to the Lowe's in winter haven. I would have given 5 stars only while in the self check out I witnessed the associate responsible for caring for self chavkout talking to another associate. And the older customer next to us couldn't figure out how to ring up her item. I helped the woman nevertheless.

If I could give Lowe’s Auburndale 0 stars, I absolutely would. I purchased a Samsung washer that was DEFECTIVE from day one. I reported the issue on day 6 well within Lowe’s 30-day defective major appliance policy yet the staff and the manager insisted on giving false information, claiming I “only had 48 hours,” which is NOT true for functional defects. To make things even worse, the customer service associate (who spoke Spanish) told me that Lowe’s would only give me 30 days if I had paid with the Lowe’s credit card which is completely FALSE and not part of Lowe’s official policy. Instead of taking responsibility for a defective product the store handed to me, they tried to push the problem onto Samsung. This is not a simple mistake it reflects a clear lack of professionalism, a lack of
