I had an amaizing experience in this store today. This is the first time I went to a Lowe's store. I wanted to buy a mail box. So my plan was to just buy it and install. But we met a great person in the store who was working there. He gave me all the instructions about how to install it. And showed me what I really need. Without hin, I should go to that store atleast 3 times to buy those items. Because I would realize what I need after I start to install it. Thanks to him, I finished everything today itself.. I forgot get his name. Whoever you are, Thank you and wish you the best.. 🙏

How can any store do business like this!!! I just tried to return afew things and I was told that it has been past 90days since you bought it so we can’t do ANYTHING FOR YOU… this is crazy when all I wanted to do was make a exchange same product different color and they refused to do anything for me which is ridiculous

I called to speak with a manager. I got in contact with Candice the manager at the Bear DE Lowe's store. She was very hard to speak with and did not want to help me at all. I wanted to get some information on the Flex 24v line of tools. Candice's customer service is horrible on top of her terrible communication skills she hung up on me at the end. I am very very disappointed in her customer service skill. Please Lowe's get a better manager in her position. Someone who can communicate and is willing to help. She did not want to helo me when I politely asked her if she could give me a run down of the Flex 24v tools that are being clearance out. Almost as if she was too lazy to walk to the flex ilse. My Husband and I went into Lowe’s looking to purchase several (8)cans of paint multiple plants , washer , dryer , home decor etc,. we went to check out in Self Check out , & this older African American lady , & this older Caucasian woman.. literally started harassing myself and my husband about what’s in his cart and what we didn’t scan YET !! ( mind you , I had to lift up the plants , & paint pans) She starts standing next to us , ignoring other customers whom needed help.. ATP she is harassing myself and my husband saying that we are stealing , & That’s what ppl do , OUR KIND OF PPL ! Like excuse me ? They started disrespecting me & again saying I look like I steal and that my husband probably had something in his pocket !! I asked to speak to a manager.. “ this guy comes up name Chris”
