★★★★★ Exceptional Service from Samantha and Sandy! I visited the Lowe's in Burleson today and had the absolute best shopping experience thanks to store associates Samantha and Sandy. They were both incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and went way above and beyond to help me find everything I needed for my project. Samantha took the time to walk me through the aisle, explain product differences, and even suggested better alternatives that saved me money. Sandy jumped in to help load heavy items and made sure I had all the right tools and accessories. Their teamwork, positive attitudes, and genuine care for the customer truly stood out. Lowe's had much better customer service than Home Depot! I needed an all-in-one washer/dryer unit delivered to my 3rd floor apartment, Home Depot said they would only deliver to the 2nd floor, not the 3rd, then offered to lease me a furniture dolly. I called Lowe's and they said they would deliver to any floor. When I got to the store, the employee knew who I was from the phone call and gave me the best service. She suggested things I would need, let me pick a delivery date and even the 4hr delivery window that worked for me. The driver arrived within the first hour of my 4hr delivery window. The delivery men did struggle to get the unit up the stairs due to it being 370lbs but they were so professional about it. They got everything installed, set up and made sure it worked before leaving

I was looking for the freeze Miser for my faucets.For the upcoming winter storm. I could not find it , but I found Marcus , one of the stockers there. He Immediately stopped what he was doing and looked it up.Not only did he tell me where it was.He took me their personally and we found it. Then I was looking for Sterno.\nWhich he had to ask someone else, And I was informed , they did not carry that. So I just want to say my overall experience was fantastic.Thanks to Marcus

I was the very lucky winner at this store of the $2,000 in-store appliance credit that they gave out during Black Friday! Lowe's is amazing in general for doing such a thing, but this Lowe's store is our absolute favorite! We actually have been going to this store for years for various needs and have never had a bad experience. I absolutely want to commend the store manager of this store! While people were waiting in line at the early hours of Black Friday, there was a group of people who cut the line and told everyone that was telling them to get to the back of the line and be fair to screw off (they actually said worse, but I'll keep this PG-13). On December 10 2025 I puechased a new washer /dryer from the Burleson lowes and had delivery scheduled for FirdayDecember 12th. Hooked up the washer with no problems but when I went to hook up the dryer there was no power cord. I called the appliance department and asked what the were going to do about it. The response was sell you a cord, they don't come with them. Well, had the sales associate informed me of that when I made the purchase it would have bought it no problem. However the inconveniece of having to go back was worth something to me. I talked to both the appliance manager and the store manager and both said the same thing, we will sell you the cord nothing more, they could not giver me the cord for my inconvenience.
