Every time I come to this Lowe’s, I leave impressed. The store is always clean, organized, and fully stocked, which makes shopping so much easier—especially when I’m in a rush or working on a project. What stands out the most is how helpful the staff is. They don’t just point you toward an aisle; they actually walk over, take the time to explain things, and make sure you’re getting exactly what you need. Recently I came in for a home project that I wasn’t completely confident about, and one of the associates took the time to guide me through all the options, compare products, and help me pick the right materials. The lumber section is a mess. Most is not labeled/priced at all or labeled/priced incorrectly. Very frustrating. We would have gone elsewhere if it weren't for the time crunch (only so many daylight hours). We spent over 30 minutes trying to find the correct sheets of plywood, with zero assistance. Not one associate in the entire lumber section. The only helpful employee was Lauri, but she couldn't leave her checkout station, so we brought different sheets of incorrectly labeled plywood to her to scan until we finally found what we were looking for. She called for assistance, but no one came. 10 minutes later we went to the paint section and the gentleman there called to get us some help. Still, no one came. Had the best experience today than I’ve ever had at a Lowes or competitor thanks to Jess. She saw me looking lost and not only asked how she could help, but stayed with me to make sure I had exactly what I needed. She made me feel like she genuinely cared that I had a good experience, but more importantly, didn’t walk out without what I needed. She didn’t know the answer initially, but I quickly learned that she wouldn’t let that stop her from getting the answer. She connected with another associate as well as looked up stuff on the device she was carrying. If only every experience could be this way! But at least I know where to find it!

This Lowes has been very helpful in getting me the materials I need with a smile. The store is not a zoo like the "orange store" . The staff is always around to help with any questions with a smile. I have been getting lots of the cedar decking and Dan at the pro-desk Is always ready to offer a discount to contractors buying in bulk. I shop here often!

Purchased a washer here because we were promised next-day delivery. Delivery was confirmed, we waited all day, and then were told it couldn’t be delivered due to a clearance issue on rt 9w that should have been identified beforehand. Calls to dispatch were unhelpful and unprofessional. When I went to the store to request a refund for an undelivered appliance, the assistant manager was dismissive and refused to process it, despite confirming the product was never delivered. No apology, no written cancellation confirmation, and no refund confirmation as of now. A full day wasted due to poor logistics planning and very poor customer service. Still waiting for resolution.
