They came to refill the propane which also apparently means shut off the propane until an unspecified time. I have an 11 day old baby at home and no heat because of this “policy” aka winter heat price gouging. I am absolutely changing gas companies after this to someone reasonable and responsive.

We have had Main Care Energy for 46 years. They are very reliable and friendly. We are on a capped price for fuel and propane gas that includes service. They take care of the furnace every year which is a big relief for us. They are the best!!

Predatory tactics from a company we trusted. Our home has been vacant for a few months while we move. We requested no more deliveries, our tank was 75% or about $150 in LP. Main care delivered $28 of propane and billed me for it at the house I don't live in... When they didn't get their $28 they trespassed on my property, shut off my 45 gallons of paid for propane and threatened me with a $180 fee to turn it back on. I refused and told them I didn't need their service OR the $28 of propane they delivered. They returned like thieves in the night and drained my tank of paid for propane. They charged me a "restocking fee" that conveniently negated the propane I had paid $154 for as well as the $28 they forced on me and ultimately took my tank/service and are calling it "even".
