Always a solid experience at Lowe’s. Found everything I needed for my project, staff was helpful, checkout was quick, and prices were fair. Makes home improvement a whole lot easier.

I am giving 2 stars for my review because of the managers of this location. I spoke with the manager named Angie this afternoon and I found out this evening when I went to the store that she had straight up lied to me when I spoke to her on the phone in regard to lowes return policy. We have been trying to have an over the range microwave installed. I will point out that we purchased this microwave in July of 2024. When we purchased the unit, we were not told that a dedicated circuit needed to be in place for the microwave. If we had been told that when we made our purchase we would not have bought the microwave when we did. Once we bought the microwave I started getting estimates from electricians for installing a dedicated line. Before we could get the dedicated line installed, I lost my

Walked in the Clinton location and was greeted by Brian and Vic. Spoke, immediately where we can find the salt? Brian was trying to get smart and condensing asking us stupid questions like we were dumb. I didn’t like my experience, will not be back. Will be in the upper Marlboro and Brandywine location.

Really shouldn’t be a rating for bad customer service. Receiving department is rude and unprofessional. As a contractor who comes to make the Lowe’s deliveries. If the store opens at 6am and I arrive to pick up product freight to be delivered to there customers. I should not be told it’s too early to be loaded or to be told it’s too cold outside. If you are not ready to work when the store opens then there are other options for you to be employed at a job that will cater to your schedule. Very unprofessional and unsatisfactory for a major business treats there contractors

Viviana I appreciate your knowledge and know how when it comes to paint. You helped me greatly when I was indeed, confused about which one with so many choices. This is my favorite Lowe's due to the consistently great service.
