You’re getting 5 stars because of Jimmie R. In Durant. I was lost and he helped me and about 5 other people, while making me feel comfortable the whole time he did it with a smile on his face. That means a lot this day and age. Jimmie R is the the reason I will go back bc without him I can’t do it. It’s like he was my Dad. 🙃but hey you can’t get much luckier than that the store was full of product. Good store.

I recently had my home painted by Gary Raney/Perfectionist Painting and he did such excellent work and recommended I put red lava rock to protect my home from getting dirty when it rains. I was helped by Randy, Christie, Denver and Ethan. Team was helpful, knowledgeable, polite and friendly. The products were in stock and now looking excellent around the south side of my home. Thank you all team Lowe's! You Rock!!!

I’m really disappointed with how I was treated at this Lowe’s location. The garden supervisor was extremely rude and dismissive. He was throwing away perfectly good plants, and when I politely asked if I could purchase one, he refused — saying they were “off the system” and had to be trashed. I even suggested donating them instead of wasting them, but he just said they had to be thrown out. It’s frustrating to see such waste when those plants could easily be donated to a community garden, school, or someone who would care for them. Lowe’s should really reconsider its policies — or at least train employees to handle these situations with a little more respect and compassion.

The manager Mr. Terry is always there to help us out. He is very kind and make it easy for us to shop at Lowe's. He always offer to help us load our purchase items in our truck. We appreciate Managers who do their Job very professional with kindness. Thank you! Hani Bawary

Lowe’s Durant is very consistent. Consistently bad! Curbside pickup wait over an hour, finally walk and 3 employees standing at counter. Online order says in stock and after payment get a notice saying will be shipped in 2 weeks. Nothing is ever in the right place and 90% of the employees have zero knowledge or care.
