Lowe's Home Improvement

I don't enjoy having marketers walk up to me and hassle me to sign up for a Lowes home inspection. This is the equivalent of spam phone call. Do better Lowe's. I spend a lot of money in that store. Please don't harass me. I am in there trying to handle 2 small kids and figure what I need. Some guy walks up and hands me a coupon. Then he gives me some long sales pitch about home efficiency. Finally when I get a chance to tell him "no thanks", he demands that I give him back the coupon.

Went to Lowe’s only because my husband wanted to give them another try. This was to buy a washer/dryer was very pleased with the sales person so I agreed to get them from there. They were to be delivered next day from 11-4. We were then notified truck broke down and it would be a 2 hour delay we said okay 2 hrs went by still no delivery and then 2 texts and email saying they were delivered. We notified them if no delivery another hour and half still no delivery called and requested delivery first thing on Wednesday said I would have to call and reschedule. So I called Lowe’s and said what if I wanted to cancel order but that person couldn’t cancel manager would have to left my number for home to call. Another hour and half I called back was told manager cancelled order. I could go on and o

I visited Lowe's Franklin this morning. I had excellent customer service from Myra. She went above and beyond to ensure I found what I needed and that I was taken care of in a timely manner. Greatly appreciate her service and work ethic.

I called one day last week and asked if they would be able to cut wood down to the size I need. Was asked what I needed to be cut I replied a couple of 2x12x10. No problem they say. I go and they informed me that the saw was down. Called today and they said the saw was working. Go in the evening, people standing around didn't ask if I needed help. I go to the service counter and said who do I need to talk to I need some boards cut to size. He called over the radio and the response was the saw was not working. I'm sure they weren't being honest. It's a hardware store. How is your saw never working? I'm not the only person this has happened to. Way to go Lowe's. Lost another customer to home Depot.

I ordered a saw online and was heading to pick it up. They canceled it before I could get it. It was confirmed and in the locker. They took it out and canceled it with no reason. It was just a couple of hours. Of course the saw isn't on sale now! Bomgaars or HD all the way!!
