Lowe's Home Improvement

When I made a store run to Lowe with my children on 2/28/2026 we felt targeted and watched by the staff. We did feel not welcomed. My children and I were in the kitchen appliance section and the entire time the female staff member from the kitchen appliance section, watched my family like we were stealing and made a comment to a coworker about the children touching appliances and destroyed them.. I was watching my kids the entire time they were not destroying any appliance. The staff made myself and my family feel not welcome there, they continued to watch us the entire time, I felt profiled! Please Train staff not to target Individuals , and make rude comments

This was one of the most pleasant experiences shopping at Lowe's. I had to go all over the store to pick up some stuff.However, when I got to the tile department I met Turquoise. This young lady offered to ring my purchases at her terminal and facilitated loading ofdrywall onto our truck. Turquoise was very nice and helpful and so, I just wanted to extend my appreciation.

Lowes is my go-to store when I'm feeling creative. Wheather I'm updating an old appliance or adding a fresh look with a new light fixture or paint. These little changes always make me smile when I enter the room. Of course Lowes is there for the big things too like appliances, house repair materials and big jobs. But I leave those jobs to the experts. I start at Lowes

I knew to come here over another home improvement store because Lowe's takes having parts and tools more seriously than others. I found exactly what I needed to fix something, quickly and the checkout was a breeze.

I have I great experience with the manager Scott I return I microwave and he was very helpful .. also I meet I person in the pro team Thelson who help me up to order 1200 sqf of laminate floor and the experience was amazing Good job team
