We went here a few weeks ago and we had the best service from Kenneth D. WE BOUGHT A PROPANE HEATER AND HIS CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS THE BEST! I LOST THE Receipt OR I would have done the lowes survey but Kenneth D YOU ROCK! THANK U LOWES IN HICKORY..WE LIVE IN GASTONIA AND WILL DRIVE TO HICKORY BC OF THE MOST APPRECIATED CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Les in the appliance section is amazing! Always up to date on all products So very helpful, Thank you Les as always for your guidance and help. Also Ken in the butcher block section was most helpful and informative! 5 stars for both gentlemen. Judy at the self checkout area is so helpful!! She is always smiling and asking what she can do to help. Judy has a gift that welcomes you to Lowes and makes you feel special. Thank you Judy for all your help over many renovations

There is a 50/50 chance that you will find an experienced worker who is really knowledgeable about the product. There is a shift change around 4pm (?) and it can get chaotic and impossible to find help. Parking is always good and I love that I can checkout through the garden area as well as inside the store. The prices are fairly competitive and the store as well as restrooms are clean. I have had no trouble getting refunds for items I did not need. If you used your lowes credit card you dont even need a receipt- its all online. I love shopping here.

Excellent store. Clean and organized with plenty of inventory and helpful staff. Bailed me out on home improvement project snafus with the wide range of products and late hours!

Was in on Saturday and Ken helped me find some washers and nuts in the Hickory NC store on Hwy 70. He was very nice and willing to help!
