Stopped by the Lowe’s in Hutto and had a great experience. I was specifically looking for a diesel fuel supplement with winter anti-gel protection, and I was relieved to see they actually keep it in stock. That kind of product availability matters when cold weather hits and you need to protect your vehicle from fuel gelling or freezing issues. The store was easy to navigate, shelves were well stocked, and everything I needed was straightforward to find. Definitely appreciate Lowe’s carrying practical automotive items like this, not just the basics. Will continue shopping here and would recommend this location, especially if you’re running diesel equipment or vehicles and need winter fuel protection.

We have been customers of Lowe’s Hutto for about 8 years bought a couple refrigerators, and other big items. Bought a Levelor cordless blind to replace one that builder installed. After a couple months the cord that runs between the slats broke. The blind cannot be lowered or raised. Took it back to Lowe’s and surprise they will not stand behind the product. We purchased it with our credit card and Lowe’s has proof of the transaction but we do not have the original receipt so Levelor and Lowe’s will do nothing to make it right.

Deceitful to customers. Recently I bought a magnum paint sprayer. I purchased it on January 3,2026. Due to the nature of my job on 1-19-26 i always finally able to open the box and use the device. It was defective. It squirted paint all over my floors as well as short It out and stopped working. I took it into lowe's two exchange.It because I haven't had it thirty days. The guy that runs the paint department.One of the managers said we can't accept it back anyways.Because it had paint, run through it. My response was, what do you think is supposed to run through it? I couldn't even rinse the machine out.Because it malfunctioned and would not allow me to turn it on. The manager said, well, you have forty eight hours to return it for a malfunction. 48 hrs. Everyone knows Lowe's. It's the place to shop for the DIY homeowner. The 5-star rating is mainly because staff are available to answer your questions and to help you find what you need. And they do it willingly with a smile. That's priceless customer service. Sonja W.

I have been shopping at this location for years. My favorite spot to visit is the garden area and I will say that ever since Mary started working the garden area a few months ago, she has really transformed the garden center. Everything looks so much cleaner and organized. I definitely noticed the difference once she took over. In addition to the noticeable improvements she has made, she is always welcoming with a smile and willing to assist with any questions. Her extensive plant knowledge allows me to feel confident in my selections. I have a passion for plants and it’s nice to be able to talk to employees that have the same passion as I do.
