Went in to get a quote for getting carpet installed. We brought measurements and a rough blueprint of the house just to help a bit. Employee walks up asks if we need help and I let him know we wanted a quote with the $0.83/sqft carpet and showed him the paper with dimensions. He glanced at it said "about 1000sqft" put something in his handheld scanner and told me it would be $2.5k - 3k but he wont have a correct estimate until they are in our house to measure themselves. Then he brushed us off. There was no further conversation. We went over to home depot right after and they sat me down took my blueprint paper and said it helped them get a more accurate estimate for them. They listened to what budget I had in mind and pulled prices for 3 different carpet $1.29/sqft , $1.59/sqft, $1.79/sq

His knowledge of tools and willingness to help attitude provided me with the best option for a Miter Saw to fit my budget. Though the item was not on the shelf, Jonathon quickly located the item within the inventory and carried it back to my cart. He also walked me to the Lumber side checkout. Upon seeing the backup in that area, he quickly made the decision to redirect us back to the main self-checkout, which was closer to my truck. Update: December 4th, 114 days past original order. If I could give less the 1 star I would. When I wrote this below response it was November 17th the door was damaged and we told them we wanted to reorder this door. So we thought that was happing. Nope. Fast forward to December 2nd and we get a call from Lowes with them telling us that the door needs to be refunded before they can reorder. Seriously, no one could have told us this 2 weeks prior when we told them we wanted to reorder. And they still will not discuss any form of compensation because the door was not installed. (I do have to say Marcia the assistant manager at the lowes on Western and Ashley from the install team have tried to help as best as they can and have been great. I think this one is above their hands though)

Our blinds purchase involved several trips to multiple different Lowe's locations where we were able to purchase the correct blind sizes, but unfortunately, they didn’t have the appropriate machine to cut them.
