Beware because at this store they want you to make their work and keep your money, despite not delivering the product. I had an order delivered on Sunday and after I collected the box right after the driver left, I realized it was empty. I made a quick check around the house to make sure I did not miss anything I called this store and they passed me to fulfillment and the person on the line told me that they opened a claim. 3 days later I called again to check on the claim, and then they asked me to call the delivery company (as if this were my job) Despite how ridiculous it seems, I called the delivery company and, guess what, no one informed the delivery company that there was a claim. Lowe's Lake St. Louis was paid $33k for cabinets 15 months ago. Countless issues with warped, incorrectly sized, improperly ordered, defective and missing products. We have spent 15 months, calling, e-mailing meeting with 6 supervisors, at the store and in our home for over a year. Everyone says they will take care of it. Nothing happens. More wrong product arrives. No one follows through. Our kitchen is still unusable after 15 months. The head supervisors Joyce and Maya gave us a 1-800 to complain to. Tried that. Lowe's customer care wasted a month of our time, gathering information, to offer us $1,100. This does not begin to cover what will fix the situation, let alone the countless hours wasted dealing with them. We have discovered this is a repeated issue with local Lowe's, who are off

Yeah they advertise price match guarantee. Do the mean it? No. Had to ask 7 different people about it as they stared blankly back. Want them to match price on pressure treated 2x12x10’s with Home Depot. Girl at service center couldn’t comprehend these were the same boards. I’m in Lowe’s and Home Depot daily and sometime multiple times a day. I will be skipping Lowe’s from here on out. Don’t advertise price match when you won’t do it. Home Depot is 2-7% cheaper on every thing anyways. I’ll just do Home Depot from now on and save me the headache and hassle of walking around in store with u trained associates.

I have shopped this location MANY times, it is the closest to my house. However, when I went in for 6 simple pegboard sheets, I was met with too many people passing the buck on helping me. When I first arrived, I went to the pro desk and was ignored for a minute, then Rick looked up and I told him there were only 2 pegboards on the shelf and I needed 6, there were 54 in their system, so I just needed help finding them. He promptly told me he had a customer coming in 2 minutes and pointed me to ask a guy who was on a lift already helping someone with a big amount of concrete bags for help. I recently purchased a weed eater that Lowes sells directly on there web site / app I purchased this unit on May 31 2025 and I have the original receipt, box , product and all items and even purchased there 2 year warranty that Lowes sells and advertised as hassle free .
