Looking for ideas & checking prices for home projects... I went from dept to dept snapping away photos for later review... I'm pretty certain the store may have thought me to be a "suspicious" character at first, but later sent sales help to answer my questions. Left with a headache but met a lovely young person & a business card!

Writing this review for Jaime. She was extremely helpful & very friendly during our visit to the store. She assisted my grandmother & did a great job.

Deceptive pricing. I recently purchased 5 boxes of tile. The shelf tag said $4.99 but does not say per sheet. There are 10 sheets per box and no barcodes on each sheet. A reasonable person would assume it’s $4.99 p/box but nope….its per sheet. There are other single tiles in the same area clearly marked for individual sale, but not this one. This is absolutely deceptive pricing and another example of big box corporate greed. Also, ever since you’ve put in self checkout, your customer service has plummeted. It’s sad we have no competition in this space otherwise I’d never go back to Lowe’s again.

We just had to pick up a large flooring order and Joe and Lynn were so wonderful! From start to finish of our pick up they were kind and helpful! We are so thankful for their amazing service!

When in and purchased light bulbs, it's turned out to be wrong. So I returned them. Went ahead and look for the correct bulbs which they do not have. So pretty much went in return and left with nothing. My preference is Home Depot
