The only reason that this Lowe's has two stars is for the older gentleman that was working the register he was very friendly trying to get someone to help you is very hard to say the least I was in there on Tuesday for 2 hours trying to get someone to help me get some vinyl flooring the next day I returned to see if I could exchange a faucet and pick up some other items and they acted as if though I stole the faucet even though I had a screenshot of the receipt the employees huddle together in groups and talk and no one is looking out to see if any customers in the store need help I spent $2,000 in 2 days in that store and let me tell you if there was somewhere else to go I would go there because this Lowe's is not about customer service

This has got to be the worst lowes in the area. I had to move 30 boards to get to the prime lumber they had stacked it on. Couldn't find anyone that could or would help moving them. Then I asked an employee if they could get the cashier some help in the pro area. 15 customers with a lot of lumber pipes and one cashier. She got ugly saying she wasn't in charge and walked off. Most of the employees here have an extreme attitude and aren't trained to do the job right. They referred to bad management of the store. Why would employees say this.. is my question. Bottom line....This is a horrible store both on management and employees and even worse on organization. WORTH THE DRIVE TO HOME DEPOT OR ANOTHER AREA HOME IMPROVEMENT STORE....EPIC FAIL!!

This Lowe's is the best. For the most part, employees are very willing to help. Bo at the front registers is an absolute pleasure as an employee. Watch the yellow clearance tags, they can be great finds.

Seems like they have what you need and want, nice store looks like it's bigger than the one in Highland Heights

So we are camping at blue lick campground and ran into some issues which warranted a trip to the local Lowes. We needed an RV 30amp heavy duty extension cord, soooo you go to the electrical department, right, wrong!!! They didn't have any, so now we are trying to get all the components to make one, can't find all the components! Frustration levels are rising and then enters Joe! Joe not only went above helping us, but takes us to plumbing! yes I just said plumbing.... and there is the exact extension cord we are trying to purchase! Now as far as I'm concerned I'm tickled that they have it and now we can get back to camping, and Joe saved the day, however..... who ever put the heavy duty extension cords in plumbing....WRONG!!! If you need it in both places, fine but for goodness sake use co
