Top Tier Moving

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! THEY WILL LEAVE YOU HIGH AND DRY! Booked with this company through U-Haul. I had to continuously reach out to them to confirm whether or not they would show up on the date of delivery. I got through to this one “employee” that works there and he said to text him to confirm. I texted him and it’s been days and he has not responded. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Very unprofessional but it’s to be expected with their lack of integrity and good service.

I just called this company to get a quote on a move. The guy answered the phone said hello like he just woke up out of bed. Ask him if this was the moving company, he stated yes, it was and proceeded to hang up on me. I would definitely not recommend this company. I never do reviews, but I had to post about this one.

Awful customer service. They do not respond to phone calls or text messages. Do NOT book with them if you want a reliable service. They WILL waste your time and money. I booked with them through U-Haul and I’ve had zero follow up phone calls/text messages from them confirming despite me reaching out multiple times. I do not recommend these people

Moving from Kentucky to Nevada with Ease. They helped my family move faster than any company ever has. Same day, last minute I called Trey, he responded fast and cleared his schedule to help! We have moved from Kentucky to South Carolina, it was a hassle because we used another company… I will never use another company for moving. They will be referred to everyone I know and love. The price was amazing, and the guys were professional and polite. Thank you again Trey, and thank you Top Tier Moving!

10/10 service. These gentlemen were a pleasure to work with. I have lived in Maysville, KY for over 10 years with my wife & 5 kids (which includes A LOT of stuff to move). I contacted them & within 5 minutes they were on their way. They moved all of my family’s belongings all the way over to San Antonio, TX within 24 hours. If you need a moving crew, these guys are AWESOME!!!
