I called Danny at 8am and the old thermostat was replaced before 10:30am the same day. He was so punctual he beat me to my house to let him in. With all the pandemic related shortages I felt blessed to have gotten the replacement taken care of so quickly!!

They called back the day after I left a message, which was good. Made an appointment for him to come out. Was on time. Told him. What the furnace was doing. I had already replaced thermostat and wiring. However he Google and UTubed how to trouble shoot it. Then said he turned up the blower on the furnace. Decided he had done enough I guess and said call me if u have anymore problems. Called him less then an hour later to tell him it still isn't working. No call back.

I called on a Monday and left a message and by the time I got a response my furnace had been fixed for 2 days. Then they asked me where I got it fixed. Guess they are looking for help. Never apologized for not getting back to me or anything. Maybe a busy week but could have called before 3 day's had passed.

Worked with Danny and Myron and their crew. They are very honest and hard working. And their workmanship was very nice. They will be there when you need their help.

Apparently did not want my work. Would not return any of my phone calls even after speaking with someone. A home left without climate control for over a month.
