After calling multiple hvac companies to get help with our heat not working even in emergency heat and getting told we are out of luck. Premier was the only one willing to help us. Jonathan came out and found the issue right away. We are sk thankful for you Jonathan- thank you!!!!! Cannot recommend enough.

I would love to share a wonderful experience about this company! My call was replied to by a super sweet young lady as well. I wish I would have gotten her name she deserved recognition too. Technicians name was Chad Cason. He was amazing. So very kind and informative. Explained the whole process to me. So prompt with their arrival. Greatful for this company! I called at 9:00. Extremely cold weather, I am sure many people were having problems same as I. I didn’t expect anyone till maybe the afternoon. They were here, fixed my problem and were out of here at 10:30. Jonathan was my technician, he was friendly, courteous and explained what my issue was. Extremely satisfied with the prompt service and friendly service.

Called for quote for replacement of central air and heat. Got immediate response from Myron. The whole crew showed up. Old unit out, new unit in, all questions answered, job cleaned up. Fantastic people. They did a great job at a cost much lower than we expected. Also, when you call, the receptionist speaks English, and we were able to perfectly understand each other.
