Lowe's Home Improvement

I’ve been working a handyman gig in the McMinnville area for vacation rentals. Normally I use Home Depot but there’s not a Home Depot in McMinnville. Let me just tell you this Lowe’s is great. The staff is extremely helpful. The prices are reasonable. They accommodated phone sales for me. All the staff are extremely pleasant and easy to work with. I couldn’t recommend this Lowe’s more thank you so much for the customer service. I get in and out of your store, much faster than I would at Home Depot.

Let me tell you the Lowe’s pro desk goes above and beyond for your contractors. We were missing one item and the lead supervisor personally delivered the last item for the roof completion. Thank you so much Sean you go above the standard! We appreciate it!

Sales Floor Flooring Supervisor Fernando was extremely knowledgable and friendly. He was very attentive to assisting customers in multiple departments. Even while helping us, typing at the computer he made sure every other customer that was walking into the department was acknowledged and had assistance. He was very well versed on products and really impressed us. Lowes is super lucky to have a guy like him on staff and he truly deserves the recognition. What a wonderful asset to the company.

Good customer service and always have what you’re looking for as a small business owner! Recommend them to anyone near by!

Pretty good service depending on the department. I had excellent service at the paint desk one day by a young lady, the next day I had some guy that seemed a little over his head. The lawn and garden department is good and the staff are helpful. I do wish they would open 2 counters in the lumber area more often. The line can get very long.
