The worst experience. The return policy clearly states that you can return ANY TREE OR PERENNIAL within 365 days if you have the receipt. I brought my receipt and the entire 5 trees in root ball and all and apparently each store can make up their own rules about it. They refused to return them without the plastic pot they came in or the tag that comes on them. Seriously! Who keeps the pot and the tag? They made me feel like I was doing something shady. I did call corporate and file a complaint. Will not shop here again. It won’t let me post unless I put at least 1 star otherwise I would not put any.

We went for a tree 12/7 Got a great tree, great price. The man working the netting couldn't get the machine to work. Poor guy he looked so frustrated, my husband tried to help but we couldn't. The girl with ear muffs working the register out by the trees, on her phone the whole time. Didn't even bother to help her co worker. It's so sad to see management didn't help, and he couldn't rely on his coworkers for help. To make it worse I wanted to call to speak to someone, I got hung up on 4 time while on hold. So instead I leave this review. To the man trying so hard, thank you. You are very appreciated and we are sorry we couldn't help more. To Lowe's and that girl. Do better.

I recommend you do not choose Lowe's installation service. I have tried it twice, for a dishwasher and more recently for a toilet replacement and both times my installs were scheduled, rescheduled, then canceled. Very happy with the quality of their appliance products, but the installation partnership with Angi isn't working here in OKC.

Always friendly and helpful. You just have to get there quick for their seasonal stuff bc it sells so quick. Good place to go for your residential needs around your garden and is a little more budget friendly for your gardening needs. The selection is usually pretty good and the overall atmosphere makes it a pleasant shopping experience.

I will never shop here again. I wanted to return a thermostat that didnt work. A girl named Aubry wasnt even available when I walked in. She was too busy on the other end finishing her conversation. Then had an attitude when she walked up, acting like I inconvenienced her. I asked if I could just exchange it for a different one, a more expensive one. She told me they could only return it to my card. She had a bad attitude the entire time. When I asked if I could speak to a supervisor, one of her co-workers asked if she wanted to call a male supervisor and she instead asked for Jazmin. Jazmin also walked up with an attitude and rolled her eyes when I was speaking!! I asked to speak with a different supervisor about her attitude and she told me she was the only one there. She continued antag
