Great experience at Lowe’s. The store is clean, well stocked, and easy to find what I need. The employees are super nice and actually helpful, which makes a big difference. I definitely prefer shopping here over Home Depot. Will keep coming back.

Horrible service. We bought a dishwasher and were told it would be installed the next day by the sales associate. After three days, we finally received a message that it could be installed after 11 days. I went to the store to cancel the delivery and just take it home and install it myself. Processing the refund took an hour and the manager wanted me to call a third party company that they apparently use, which was weird as there was no mention of this company until after I’d paid at Lowe’s. I was then told it would take 10+ days for the refund to get to me. The manager never apologized for anything despite this whole mess came about from the sales associates just making stuff up to get a sale.

My experience it sucked . No cashiers to help you check out. And no one to help you find anything in the store. There's people just standing around talking, not offering to help. It's not like that in all stores, but in the milledgeville, Georgia, store it's awful. I see where people have had the same experience i have had and all lowe's says is Customer service is our priority and we strive to keep our stores well-organized so we can make sure we're delivering a seamless shopping experience. Thank you for bringing this to our attention and we'll share this with our Milledgeville team right away. We hope you visit us again soon. I DON'T THINK SO THIS STORE SUCKS.

Nice staff and a great selection of tools and building supplies, just wish the layout was different so stuff wasn't in the middle of the walkways so only 1 cart could fit at a time.

Long time Lowe's customer, and long winded, subject Husqvarna backpack 150bt purchased 9/22/25 today 10/28/25, went to Lowe's with blower, reason after several use blower would slow down and not get full throttle, blower actually burned the coil boot, now useless less than 90 days. On 10/23/25 email from Lowe's protection time is running out for Lowe's protection on your recent purchase, me in panic mode now several weeks of not blowing my yard, I did what I would never do? Purchased the plan $64.00 for three years, perfect now I can get it repaired or replace? People let me explain 👈🏿 new purchases comes with manufacter warranty, some one year others two years depending on the purchase? Well...after replacing the coil on blower enter Lowe's customer service wondering how it's going to go
