My item was not received by the “delivery” date that was communicated to me. There were no updates initially after the first text notification after purchase. I had to contact the store myself to ask about the status of my order. It took multiple calls and being told the “assembler” wasn’t working until the following week (I paid for assembly), however I wasn’t notified until I called to inquire about my order and delivery status. The order was delayed, my husband took 2 full days off of work based on the “status of delivery” that I was informed of, neither of the 2 days was my order delivered. Once we did finally receive our order there were chipped paint off of the front stone area of the fireplace and the inside wasn’t correctly placed to where I saw an LED light instead of the “firepla

Amazing customer service—if you enjoy doing the employee’s job yourself. Lowe’s wouldn’t honor their own online price in-store, so customer service sent me on a fun little walk back to the aisle to verify it myself. The solution? Order it online for in-store pickup. Brilliant. After placing the order, I waited in my car for almost 20 minutes and never received the item. Now I’m out nearly $600 while I wait for a refund to crawl its way back to my account. Lesson learned: shop elsewhere. Or just order online and pretend you’re your own customer service representative—because that’s clearly how Lowe’s operates.

Today 2/19 just before 10 am my husband went in to pickup some stuff. When loading at the loading dock some workers from Lowe’s moving some rebar hit his white work truck. He did receive an apology but didn’t seem genuine. The truck is a little on the older side which in my opinion they could care less. The workers just need to be more professional and careful with other people’s stuff.

Tate in lumber is always incredibly friendly and positive. Great customer service experiences on separate days. This guy deserves a raise!! Also, this is a solid Lowe’s. As a contractor I’ve been through a lot of them and this one tends to keep up on the stock pretty well which I appreciate. And I love the separate parking area for building materials Very convenient.
