Lowe's Home Improvement

My experience at Lowe’s on Bullsboro Drive in Newnan, GA, was smooth and satisfying. The store was well organized, and I found what I needed quickly. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable they guided me to the exact aisle I needed and even offered helpful advice on my home improvement project. Checkout was fast, and overall, I left feeling confident and well taken care of.

We had an excellent experience with Taylo in the cabinet design department at the Lowe’s in Newnan, GA. She spent a lot of time with us, was incredibly attentive, and truly understood the urgency of our situation. Taylor did everything she could to move the process along and was professional, patient, and proactive every step of the way. Although we ultimately went with another contractor due to a significant price difference, I still wanted to recognize how outstanding Taylor’s customer service was. She’s a real asset to this store.

Went to Lowe’s 01/26/26 to purchase flooring.. walked in made eye contact with sales associate at counter, I said hello, she turned her head. As if she didn’t hear me.. i continued on to flooring walked around the area didn’t see anyone. Rang bell you can hear throughout the store customer needs assistance in flooring repeatedly, waited 15 min. Never received any assistance. Left out headed to Home Depot , purchased Flooring!!! Lowe’s Customer Service….ZERO!!! Do better!!!

I called Lowe’s to ask about gas stovetop prices and was told to “check online.” That was the entire interaction. For comparison, I called Home Depot right before this, and their associate was professional, patient, and walked me through pricing and options without hesitation. Customer service matters, especially for larger purchases. Unfortunately, Lowe’s completely dropped the ball here. If you’re deciding between stores, Home Depot clearly values their customers’ time more.

Made an online order and called to confirm. Of course you can’t actually talk to someone but the automated line told me my order was ready and even confirmed the details of the order. So I drive up there and the person rudely tells me it’s not ready, so I wait in store for over an hour. They call me but I missed it because I was searching the store for a functioning men’s restroom. The Newnan store currently doesn’t have one which is great when you have a four year old. I tried to call them back the automated line kept telling me my order was ready. So I go to customer service they of course don’t know what’s going on and I have to wait for someone else. Once they come they tell me they have 3 of the 12 parts they sold me. They can refund me but it will take 3-5 days. They cant tell me wha
