The people they are definitely are trying their best sometimes they have exactly what you’re looking for when Home Depot doesn’t

Visited Lowe's N Attleboro MA yesterday and had the best experience in customer assistance at the expert desk in Lumber. I am DIY my stair railing and Scott was so helpful in printing me out a sheet of exactly what I needed. I was able to save money because I already had some of the lumber I needed for this job. What a big help!

Well just left Lowe’s in NA. Asked someone to call for help in tools…but the 4 workers were too busy at the lumber checkout playing with a customers dog…then as in leave I ask for a supervisor and Sam said she was…however she along with 3 others were also playing with another customers dog at the self check out. I asked if she was concerned that customers needed and asked for help but no one came as all 8 were too busy attending to customer dogs. She didn’t really care about that and asked how she could help now. Unfortunately she didn’t get the point. I guess this is the norm now and I’m sure this post won’t garner much more than “I’m sorry about your experience” response. One would think a supervisor would care more, however she was one of them that was playing with a dog rather than sel

First, Lowes always have what I need. The staff are helpful and the prices seem fair. The store is huge so be prepared to get your steps in. I don't care for the self checkout. But this is my opinion of every store not just Lowes.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Lowe’s in North Attleboro thanks to Owen M. in appliance sales. He went above and beyond helping me pick out the perfect refrigerator and made the entire process easy and stress-free. Owen was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed. He truly listened to what I needed, explained the differences between models, and helped me find the best option for my space and budget. Customer service like this is rare, and Owen is a huge asset to Lowe’s. If you’re shopping for appliances, I highly recommend asking for him!
