Update - increased the star coz it was resolved in store. Thanks. NO one ever reached out to me to solve the case that I filed. To call the 1-800 below doesn’t do anything. UPDATE - I just called the customer service number provided by the owner below but was routed back to the Poway store. The customer service representative submitted a report with a case #69455261 back to the Poway store... Let's see how it would get resolved eventually... ~~~~ Got 30 pieces of 2x4 16 ft from Lowe’s Poway San Diego in May for my new pergola in the backyard. Just after 2 months, one piece was cracked at the end. I asked to get replacement, they insisted that I must haul the damaged board back to the store in person to get the replacement instead of showing them the pictures. So I have to buy a new one,

My goto hardware store in Poway for quick pickup items. The team members are friendly and helpful. Parking and loading is no problem at this location. The Home Depot here in Poway can be a little difficult to get in and out due to folks at the Costco gas station. Plywood and some of window sash locks they still have here were on the list today.

Excellent store. They make you feel valuable, and respected. They had the part I needed at a reasonable price. Their competitor...(H.D.) did NOT have my part. Lowe's respects Veterans by giving preferential parking spaces up front. The discount they give is much easier to get. No fanfare. I just bought a home and decided to check the air conditioner filter. It was in terrible shape. Hadn't been changed since Nov 2017. GREAT VALUE, GREAT STORE!

This Lowe’s is definitely not recommended. I spent over 20 minutes there and not a single employee would bother to help me. The best I got was go to isle 13 and find it there. No help at all. Will not be going back here. I would be embarrassed if my business was run this way.

I've gone to Lowe's in the past so when my sister wanted to gift me a new fridge, I went there and made payment immediately. I paid for installation, a warranty, etc. I am absolutely LIVID over the ordeal of getting this connected. The sales person and delivery people have been great. BUT it is now about a week since this was delivered and it is NOT installed because the store did NOT TELL ME what had to do additionally. They delivered the refrigerator..but then the delivery person said they couldn't install it because it needed a new copper water wire. It did. So I paid a plumber to come out and install it. Then i called Lowes and two delivery people came in to take out my old refrigerator and finally install the new one -- but they could NOT. It turns out it also needs to have a valve in
