Shout out to Jake for his excellent customer service. Went into the Henrietta store today looking for electric supplies. He took us directly to the aisle and explained the instructions to us. Excellent employee. Great experience.

Bad experience floor installment, I paid for the service and missing a few pieces of material, after over 6 weeks they were not able to get together all the material, they just keep telling me local stores has the material and wait a few days. Same story every time, nice people on the phone, after almost 6 weeks I cancelled the project, just a waste of time. I do not recommend at all.

Wouldn’t normally review a big box store but the staff is so nice here. Two guys insisted on loading 8 bags of ice melt into my car during that crazy white-out a few weeks ago. And I know everyone is being genuinely helpful because I always look like a goblin when I go there.

Abraham in flooring is amazing. His patience in helping me resolve credit returns on a Large flooring project was so appreciated. I had a wonderful experience--the estimator/measurer was spot on in ordering the products needed. The installers (out of Syracuse, NY) work was wonderful, the flooring was aligned perfectly and corner cuts perfect. The follow up calls and texts kept me informed. My floor is beautiful !!! Can't say enough about this store. I will always use Loews for my projects.

My husband bought a refrigerator two weeks ago, and when they came to deliver it, they said they couldn't because the space was too small. My husband asked them to give him a few minutes to clear the space, but they refused. They told him he had to call the store, and the store told him to call the delivery company. On top of all this, he paid in cash, and they decided to send a gift card instead. We've been waiting two weeks now, and neither the store nor the delivery department is taking responsibility.
