Always a deal in here. The customer service is pretty good too. I can always come here to get what I need to accomplish my job. The bathrooms are pretty clean which is unusual for stores this size. The staff goes above And beyond to make sure you find what you need and they're very knowledgeable in their departments

The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile to help you find exactly what you need. Checkout is smooth and quick, and I’ve always had a positive experience whether shopping in-store or online. Definitely a 5-star experience every time!

A great big " THANK YOU" to Shirde Kawalsingh at LOWES in Niskayuna on Balltown road. After leaving my my wallet unknowingly at thier location, They took the effort to try and track me down through social media, over a few weeks time. And it worked. They found me. Excellent Customer Service. In the cabinets and countertops department i worked with Sam and not only she was helpful she knows her stuff also she was ontop of my orders and let me know that it was in and ready to be pick up. Thanks Sam and continue the great work 👍

Garden store has some nice, reasonably priced pots, and a good selection of plants. I was disappointed on my last visit with the checkout process. The cashier almost literally never looked up from her phone. She was texting while ringing in my order, and after I tapped my card I had to ask her to accept the payment on her end. She did not apologize, did not even look up, just hit a button and went back to her conversation.
