I went to your store yesterday and needed to get a heat gun because my pipes froze. I found a the wagner heat gun and it was on your website for 29.99. When I arrived at the store the prices was 34.99. I went to the register and figured you would honor your price that is on your website which is a $4 difference. I was told that they could not do that because that pricing is for online customers. So if I did a curbside then I would have had that price. The reason I went to you store is because I work in the area and have always shop at Lowe's for over 20 years since I lived in Florida. This has nothing to do with the store but your poor policy on a consumer coming into the store vers shopping online. When u change that policy Ill be back. As a contractor trying to buy materials, time is money. I requested that wire be unlocked 4 times and finally had to call the store from the wire aisle to get attention. As a Lowe's Pro member, I will not purchase wire there again.

I'm not a huge fan of Lowe's, I'm more of a Home Depot person... However, this Lowe's way out does those out towards the Harrisburg area. Being new to this area, I'm glad that this Lowe's is so nice.

I completed the survey, though I thought I could do separate surveys for both the customer service representatives that help us with this purchase.
