Ordered custom cabinets through Lowes that should have been here by the end of January. Ordering cabinets was a mess with not clear expectations of installation, timing, etc. Order cabinets from the same manufacturer. One went to one plant, one went to another although the besides color and a linen tower, they were basically the same. Second set has been delayed and sent to a shipper who has basically said that it will take them three weeks after receiving in Reading to deliver them. Really zero support from store management. Sharon provided factory rep who basically said, that's between you and the store. Now delayed additionally. I wouldn't trust them to order cabinets for a lego house at this point.

I live in WA state and was dropping my daughter off at PSU. We ended up needing to get a couple things for her room and I also needed to build a custom little shelf for an awkward space, so we stopped by to get some supplies. Since I didn’t have any of my tools, I was very thankful that the staff was able to cut some plywood and 2x2s for me so I didn’t have to buy a hand saw. The store had everything we needed, the staff was helpful and friendly, and my daughter was super stoked with the final product. Thank you for the assist in helping a dad make his daughter happy 😁👊

Terrible location. Went in for 10 or 12 basic items and left with 3. The only store worst is the Home Depot across the street. We have been forced to buy from Menards on-line. Menards have had quality items that we need for home repair projects.

Extended warranty department is rude, even to the Lowes customer service rep who was trying to get me in touch with someone to take my complaint. She reminded him that she also had a recorded line and was from Lowes corporate, and I certainly hope he is disciplined. I may never buy another appliance at Lowes after this experience, and basically when I ask for a reference ID number or call ID, im told there isnt one, and he basically tells me to have a good day and hangs up. My washer dies and I confirm an appt for the 3rd, between 8am-12pm...take off work....no tech, i call the company "A-1" who rudely says i never had an appt and Lowes has no access to their system to confirm appts. Blade is an excellent employee. Anytime I have problems finding something he knows exactly where it is. He is always friendly and never too busy to help.
