I went in on 02/10/2026 before Lowe’s was closing for the night and Mr. David walked me through all of the blind options and provided valuable information on the benefits of each blind/brand. Thank you tremendously for your amazing customer service, definitely 10/10. Please recognized this man for his amazing work.

Lowes LOWES Lowes...what can I say about this place? Well, for starters Kevin at the front cash register station, pointed me into the right direction after I explained to him what I needed... I was helped with doing a project for a QUANTITATIVE REASONING CLASS( SHOUT OUT TO PROFESSOR LOONEY).. And the helpfulness of staff with the experience and expertise of how selecting, measuring and cost for materials and labor are, well they get an A! I’m not one to write complaints, but this interaction needs attention.. During our recent visit to the Lowe’s location on Main Street in Suffolk, VA, we had an extremely inappropriate and unacceptable experience with the customer sales manager, Lisa Beachboard. What should have been a straightforward conversation regarding a cabinet purchase instead became an encounter marked by rudeness, dismissiveness, and a complete disregard for basic standards of customer service. My husband and my father were in the store inquiring about cabinets for a home project we are actively working to complete. One of the cabinets in question was damaged, and my husband reasonably asked whether a discount could be applied so that the cost savings could be used to repair the damage. This is my favorite place to go for my gardening needs! I'll admit, I do curbside pickup because if I go inside...I'll be broke! So many good deals in the lawn and garden section, especially if you know how to bring a plant back ti life! If you've got a green thumb, check the garden clearance area for plants that need your help. Go. And rescue something that you can make beautiful again!

It's a great place to shop. The employees were courteous, helpful, willing to point me in the right direction for what I needed. I ne This was my 1st time EVER shopping there but it won't be my last if I can help it!!
