I can get lost in this establishment for hours without the proper supervision, lol. Went did some last minute Christmas shopping and I was pleased with all the inventory available and available merch for purchase and at reasonable prices. Good job Lowe's, you all should be proud of the turnout. happy new year to all!

I visited late one Sunday evening. And the store was clean. The shelves were stocked and the associates was walking around assisted in any way possible. I tend to come out with things that I didn't go in to get. Self-checkout was a breeze! There is accessible parking spaces as well as entrance

Gave a friend a ride over the state line to Lowe's because they had pink mini buckets on sale and in stock! My friend bought 23 of them and 3 of the 5 gallon buckets! They can be used for quite a few things! Great score

They sold me an electric lawnmower that didn't work right out of the box. The batteries are no good. It's only been a few weeks since purchased. The lady at the counter told me it's not returnable because it was a special order. I didn't special order anything! I simply purchased an item on sale. Noone said anything about this being a special order or it not being returnable. Sure the receipt says that, but you don't get that until AFTER you've been hustled. TLDR Lowe's sold me an item that did not work right out of the box without informing me it was a non refundable item and won't give me my $100 back. Shady business practices.

This Lowes (Sulphur), has to be the worlds worst hardware store for curbside pick up ever. Every time I order for the curbside pick up it's takes several hours for just one or two items. When you call the store it's like a three ring circus, no one has any idea what's going on.. Management is horrible at this Lowes.. Just standing around doing nothing... We definitely need a home depot to come to Sulphur..
