Lowe's Home Improvement

Had a great experience. Went to buy new (Washer, Dryer. LG stackable). Sales People were there to help. Delivery was when they said. Install team did a great job. There was a little installation issue, due to language barrier, but we worked it out. I doubt these guys are Lowe's employees. Install team management called me right after install, to check on progress, success, (thumbs up!). Had a little trouble with discounts Lowes sent in the mail, but Lowe's team handled it well. Couldn't ask for a better experience. Also, listed our old washer dryer on Facebook marketplace. Sold same day! Lowe's wants you to pay now when old getting rid of old washer dryer. No Thanks!

I never do this, but I feel an obligation to. The person at the returns desk was quite rude. We purchased a ($24!!!) sump pump check valve. Didn't realize until after we installed it that a screw was missing on the housing which led to an improper seal which lead to water spraying across our basement as soon as we plugged in the pump, but we needed it up and running ASAP, so we tied a rag around it to prevent spraying and hoped for the best. The next day (today), I returned with the receipt and a new valve and tried to ask the person at the returns desk if I could buy the new valve and bring back the defective one for a refund once I swapped them out. Before I could even finish my first sentence, she cut me off and just kept saying "no, no, no, nope, can't, no" every time I tried to spea

The only people in the entire vestal store even remotely helpful are Main and Lindsey i ordered a stove and got nothing about when it was being delivered or that the first one came broken and they re ordered it no communication even manager's have no clue what's going on they don't even call you back the place is a unorganized joke if I could leave 0 stars I would it was supposed to come with a cord and didnt

My experience has always been good with Vestal Lowe's. Staff are always helpful and professional.

I will never buy anything from Lowes. They sell you junk and then refuse to let you return it, when it doesn't work. Bought an item. Had it 3 days, went to use it, didn't work. Brought it back same week, and said it isn't returnable after 2 days. I will never buy anything from Lowes again, and we'll make sure all the Contractors i know, go elsewhere too.
