They always have everything I need and the employees are always helpful. This time they did not have a spray paint in the option I needed but . . . . thanks to great customer service the young lady working in the paint dept reminded me they can match the sample size to any color. It's nice to bring back a swatch and make a perfect match. I can usually dash in and find what I'm looking for quickly. The store is well organized.

While the salesman who sold me my washer and dryer was very kind and helpful, the Whirlpool customer support department that was recommended to be “very helpful” was in fact not. I haven’t even had my washer a full year (with a 3 year warranty that I paid $400 for), and the maintenance man who came out to our house today informed us that he did not “have time” to run our cycle to completion. He left within 10 minutes of eyeing our washer and our washer is STILL not working with the same issues as before the service technician came. To “resolve” this issue, they’re making us wait another two weeks to have the same technician “try again.” I have two kids. If the time and energy was spent properly the first time, I wouldn’t have to be in this situation now. Lowe’s salesman was great. Whirlpoo

The manager Sam was very helpful and the best manager I have ever had an experience with at any store. He really goes out of his way to help you and make you feel like a valued customer and make things right in the case something happens. He will do anything it takes to keep a happy customer. Every employee has always been so kind and helpful at this location, way more than other locations I have been to.

Honestly this would have been a 1 star over the issue I had in the last 7 days until 2 very very caring people went above and beyond. Brandon was the supervisor and Rebecca the curbside girl. When dealing with contractors coming and multiple items things get crazy.. Add in December and issues can happen. These 2 5 billion stars for turning a nightmare to a home renovation I am proud of now!!! Thank you to you both

It's never a quick in and out even if I go for one thing cause I lose all thoughts and start wondering around the store looking at almost all the tools or just start looking at a lot more. I sometimes go for one thing and leave with at least 3 to for things everytime. The workers always friendly and nice there
