Had an issue with ordering a delivery with the Lowe's app. Went to the store. Christee attempted to help but couldn't get it to go through. Lisa (asst manager) had same results. They worked it for a full day and got it done. Fantastic customer service. Juan the delivery driver was pleasant and above all on time Thanks to all at Lowe's.

I quit coming to this Lowe's in Weatherford long time because the employees are rude and not helpful. Today I went for a filter that they said they have. But it turns out they don't have any in the store. But I was so surprised all the employee greeted me nicely and very helpful.

Some Lowe’s locations are great. It really comes down to the management. The manager at this location didn’t realize I had spent over $30k this year at their store and was so demeaning and rude to me when my card declined for fraud I was shocked. She made a statement to the effect of “well maybe this order is a little too big for you” (it was a few hundred dollars). But if my card had actually declined for insufficient funds, how about have some compassion?? When she pulled up my pro account she immediately apologized and started complimenting me. Scummy. I cleared the fraud and made the purchase. Then pro desk missed my delivery date twice, had to pay my electrician a day rate with nothing to install and, in writings promised to make it up on the next order. They lied. They pretende

I absolutely appreciate the associate Deborra at the Lowe’s in Weatherford! She is usually in the garden center as of lately. She always greets with a genuine smile and hello! She is knowledgeable about her job and always kind and professional! Multiple times she has gone above and beyond ensuring she answers my questions.
