Just left here after struggling all day to find a washer and dryer unit to meet my needs. Matt was amazing! He listened and knew exactly what I needed. His suggestion was exactly what I was looking for. He made it effortless!

I want to recognize Jack, who helped my husband and I finding the perfect vanity on a time crunch. He spent hours with us and even opened boxes, took parts out and inspected them with us, and made sure we found the best quality out of all of the options we had. We had to get a vanity THAT night in order to keep our project timeline on track for the next day, and he made sure we got what we needed and were happy with our purchase. I bought a mower and did not open it for 31 days due to a extended vacation. When I opened the box there was a defect in the protective shield. The mower was brand new ! I returned to the store and asked if I could swap it out for a new one. I was told that the store policy for mowers was 30 days. I spoke to several people from sales to assistant manager to manager. They were all very dismissive and kept repeating the 30 day policy. I had to have the part installed at a Toro dealer costing me $86. I live in Easton and have been using Lowes in West Bridgewater since it originally opened. I TORE UP MY LOWES CARD AND WILL NEVER VISIT LOWES AGAIN.

Terrible My experience at Louise this morning many employees walking in groups Having coffee chatting laughing socializing and no one helping customers. I stayed in corridor 7 for an hour and no one appeared in the sector. I asked for help was called on the speaker so that the employee came to the sector and he did not show up so aloys his quality dropped a lot. It is very clean and organized, it surpasses Home Depot for a thousand years in this regard, but in negligence. only the custome service is to be congratulated.
