The most laziest, rude and non helpful staff I have ever encountered in a Lowe’s. No one knew where anything was located at or just didn’t want to help. I have a handyman service I own and I spend more than enough money at Lowe’s then I care to say but I definitely will never go to this Lowe’s again and I may just switch to Home Depot

I get a lot of stuff here. Always in stock. Special orders have been prompt. Returns are now very easy and veterans discount is very much appreciated. Garden center usually has what we want. Oh, paint is excellent. Just had the entire house painted and contractor used paint from Lowe's. Sure looks good now.

If I could give zero stars I would. Blonde chick at paint counter ignores me four times. Store wasn’t busy. First she was gossiping about other employees with Michael. Then turned didn’t acknowledge me. Looked at me three more times didn’t acknowledge me. Acted like she was busy. Then as soon as a man walked around me to the other side of the counter she immediately walked over and started taking care of him. I gave her a few choice words and walked out. Went to the Pleasant Valley store. And their paint lady was extremely helpful and nice Even though your store is closer to me. I’ll go the extra miles to use the other store

Patty in the kitchen and bath design center is AMAZING !!! She was so patient with us as we went through the design process with her. And there are so many choices that Lowe’s carries. Then they provided me with a contractor for installation — whom I had a chance to meet because he was in the store to get things organized for the next day. He answered many of my questions right then in the store — perfect!!! Patty walked us through everything and went with us to pay at customer service. I also found out that Lowe’s will send out someone for free to assess your HVAC options — GREAT! Lowe’s also carries cedar wood planks that are perfect for replacement boards in an old barn! So glad to be able to buy these boards at Lowe’s!
