Saturday, April 19, 2025: I just contacted the emergency service regarding an active leak in my home into the garage. After taking an hour to return my call, the agent said, “We checked your home address and you are out of warranty.” She gave no regard to the issue I was dealing with, her only focus was to deflect responsibility and ignore the emergency. She went on to say, “We recommend you contact your local plumber. We don’t handle service calls outside of warranty anymore.” I wondered why that was, could it be that they have too many warranty issues already? I let her know she can probably expect to hear back from me once I get an assessment done because I have serious concerns about the quality and installation of my plumbing system, which is only 2 1/2 years old (less than 6 mo

We purchased this product after being assured it came with a ten-year warranty, provided we kept up with the recommended annual service. Unfortunately, when a problem arose and we reached out for assistance, we were surprised to learn that the coverage was not what had been represented at the time of sale. The response we received from customer service was extremely disappointing. The representative showed little compassion or understanding for our situation, and their tone came across as short, rude, and inconsiderate. Rather than helping us navigate a solution, they simply dismissed our concerns without explaining any next steps or offering meaningful guidance. Dewy did a fantastic job. Speedy and paid attention to detail. He noticed the first new toilet he installed had a crack on the underside and was causing a leak. Luckily the shop is 5 minutes from our house so he went right away to get a new one. Once the replacement was installed he flushed it about 20 times to make sure no leaks. He was very timely and personable. L&S is the only company we use for electrical, plumbing and AC. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants it done right the first time. Dewey did a great job fixing our toilet seat cover and the drain pipe under our sink. And he is very friendly and courteous! I highly recommend him!!
