Billy at Lucky’s in Cisco, TX is the best man for tile & flooring. He has a mild nature, great background information & wonderful crew! He definitely wants you to be totally satisfied.

Although I did not have any problems with the materials that we have ordered from them, but when the installation of our floor and back splash was installed the people who were hired by them did such a poor job, that in my opinion should have all been ripped out and done over. They would not do that and only did a few places. If you came and looked at my what was done you would have thought I did it myself, which is my I wanted it done professionally. After someone came out and re-did a few tiles, Lucky's never even contacted us to make sure we were satisfied. Will probably never do business there again.

We love our new floors, they are beautiful. Luckys did and incredibly job. They were so helpful and professional in the store and the installers too. We got tile, laminate and carpeting. Will always recommend Lucky floors. Thank you for the great job.

I selected a small remnant of sheet vinyl for a decent price and everything was fine. Then, when I was making small talk with the woman at the front who was taking my payment, she attempted to correct me about an issue relating to vinyl plank floor installation. I politely told her that what she was saying hadn't been my experience. She looked me in the eye and said sarcastically "We're kind of professionals here and we kind of know what we're doing." Suffice it to say this gal hasn't been down on the floor installing in a real long time (probably since the advent of vinyl plank flooring, in fact), and she doesn't know how to talk to customers either. I won't be back.
