Lumber Liquidators

I had a terrific experience with this store, I came in to purchase flooring and mentioned I needed work done on my vehicle. Taylor told me we could take care of that here and had me pull into the back warehouse, where they changed my oil and rotated my tires, she was extremely professional and polite. I had no Idea lumber liquidators was getting into the automotive business.

I came in a few days ago looking to redo my floors. I spoke to the sales man who was clueless of anything floor related . I was frustrated and asked if there was anyone else I could talk to who actually knew floors at the literal flooring store. He told me the manager Justin was in the back building action figures of some sort but he would go get him. A few moments later the manager walks out dressed like a emo teenager. All black Ripped jeans , combat boots, ripped jacket and spiked jewellery. My 12 year old dresses more professionally for school let alone a store manager. He then started talking about drunk men and big dogs in some regard to my flooring needs. I want to know who made someone that immature a store manager . My entire visit was extremely unprofessional and disgusting . Th

I went to lumber liquidator on a hunt for hardwood Brazilian cherry and Taylor helped me immediately! She was awesome. Pointed me directly to what I wanted. Her communication from start to finish was top notch. We also used the install services. There were a few hiccups with the install contractors directly but overall they finished the job and we love our new floors. Highly recommend working with Taylor at Lumber Liquidator!

I went to buy about 60 boxes of solid wood flooring materials and other materials such as nose and shoe molding. Justin Konchar the Sales Associate helped me a lot. His service is excellent. I chose indoor delivery for floor and fedex for others. They are delivered to me within two weeks which is quite quick. Definitely recommend Justin at the Cranberry store. If you have any questions, just call him or email him. He responded quickly.

install went very well and justin was very good/responsive. had an issue with the delivery driver and justin pulled some strings to have it delivered with a diff company the next day so that the installers were not delayed. product seems great as well.
