Unfortunately, I had a very unprofessional experience with the store manager, Doug, at the 2320 Fortune Drive location. Our flooring order was delayed, which I understand can happen, but the way Doug handled the situation was disappointing. He repeatedly spoke over me, told me to stop talking, and ended the call abruptly before I could explain the issue. I remained respectful throughout the conversation. I’ve recommended Lumber Liquidators to many customers in the past and have never had an experience like this. I will not be returning to this location while this management remains in place.

I have purchased flooring here before. I’m finishing up a project in my home and I went back there to purchase my flooring. They are friendly, helpful and the product is good quality. I would recommend this company highly.

We use Lumber Liquidators as our go to flooring place. This visit we helped my parents pick out bamboo flooring for their den that I also installed. Some of the easiest flooring I have ever installed. It was defect free and very straight and true. It is also a very hard and durable floor. The service at this location is excellent and they also make sure you have everything you need for your project. Great place!

Loved the staff. Especially seeing Doug is still with you. Processes can improve. We preferred to do financing but it can not be completed in store. Website does not indicate this nor does it explain anything on sale is not eligible for 18 mth.
