I had a wonderful experience at the North Hampton store this week all due to sales associate Parker Wile. Thank you, Parker. You made my purchasing experience so easy because you were super helpful, kind, and professional.

If I could give the Somersworth NH store a lower rating, I would. I went in today to browse. The woman working was extremely rude. I told her I was just looking, which didn't seem okay with her as she just kept pestering me. She asked what I was looking for, I told her just some flooring, she asked what room, I said the basement. She literally laughed at me and said I was in the wrong place. That what I was looking at wasn't water proof. I said I know, I have waterproof sub floor, she then went on to say some of that doesn't have lining, I said again, I know, I am just looking. She asked if I had a contract to which I said no and she kept laughing saying "so youre going to install yourself", I told her yes. Still laughing, "then you're going to have a lot of questions". We needed help to match flooring that was installed in the early 2000’s and all we had was a picture. Parker helped us find a match, and pick out the glue and T molding; such a great guy and great customer service. Thanks Parker!

This place is pretty nice. Like it says it the title, it's a flooring business. They got great product. I know personally cause I bought about 600sq ft of flooring a few weeks ago. And installed it.
