Lumberock Premium Decking

I purchased this product because of their T&G product. Looked great when I installed at the end of summer. This winter I had 1/2 inch spacing between the butt ends of the boards. I called Lumberock and spoke with Michael. He told me I was to leave a gap between the boards when I installed the lumber. I told home if I had left a space between the ends of the boards I would have a gap of 3/4 inch to 1 inch between the ends of the boards. He sent me his email and asked me to send pictures so he could send them to the warranty department. That was almost 1month ago. I sent Michael an email last week. Yesterday I called him today and left a voicemail. I have yet to hear back from either email and/or my voicemail. You be the judge to if you would purchase anything from this company. Update:

I have been buying my plastic lumber from LumberRock for over 10 years. Never had a problem with the products or the personnel. I normally deal with Rob Stevenson and he always takes care of me or any issue I may have. Would totally recommend this company.

I was trying to get some information on how to build a raised garden bed for my yard. I called this company because they look like they had the right stuff to do it and Rob S answered the phone. That guy has all the knowledge I needed to help me get what I needed to to build the project I was looking for. Thank you very much for the outstanding service.

BUYER BEWARE. I placed an order with a sales person, she transferred it to someone. Their website clearly states there is a minimum order. The sales person "Authorized" a minimum order of approximately 60 board ft. They sent the minimum and order requirement and stiffed me with a massive bill. They didn't answer emails or phone calls for 3 days and finally called verbally abusive on the phone and unwilling to listen or understand what happened. In their defense, they sent me the order for verification and I didn't notice the discrepancy. When I informed the manager this was for a massive project he said he wasn't interested. They don't answer phone calls or emails for days at a time. Lots of confusion on their end. I have a bunch of their product I cant use and a fat bill. Go with Cellul

Such a shady company. I specifically chose lumberock because they offer a tongue and groove option. However, they shipped me groove groove decking. Any other company would have admitted their mistake and made the exchange with no question. Not this place. I had to fight to get them to make the exchange. Even now they will not pay for shipping which is $1470 round trip. So, I was forced to pick decking up from local carrier and haul myself 4 hours 1 way to get the decking I requested in the first place. I have multiple emails stating requesting tongue and groove, yet they still find me at fault.
