Maria and her team have been absolutely fantastic. My experience has been very different from what I read in one prior review, Maria is always prompt, responsive, and proactive whenever I need support. She has gone out of her way to check on the house, address issues, and even help fix things when something unexpected comes up. I truly appreciate how coachable she and her team are and how well they’ve adapted to my personal style and the way I organize my home. Honestly, I only wish I had found them earlier in 2025. Even though we’ve worked together for just six months, this has been the best cleaning experience I’ve had, hands down. I highly recommend Maria and her team to any Airbnb host looking for reliability, care, and great communication.

Maria, her daughter liz and their staff were hired to clean, 2 bathrooms, a den, kitchen and living room, after my elderly mother fracture her leg. Yet it seemed that Maria has hired the 3 blind mice and Stevie Wonder because they didn't moped(Kitchen/Bathroom) nor wiped counters, dishes were still dirty and put away wet in our wood cabinet, claim to mopped with 7 buckets of water our brand-new hardwood floors and to top all of it off her daughter's car broke down on my driveway, requesting help from my father, instead of calling AAA. The owner Maria was contacted regarding this issue and she was very rude, unprofessional, judgemental and disrespectful towards my parents and their home. Very disappointed in the service provided by this “company”. This lady has “customers are our priority” but when you bring up concerns or complain about her services she is dismissive and rude and extremely condescending. Do yourself a favor and never make business with these people. Lack of communication between her and her workers and could never respond to questions either. I would give her no stars if I could! Overpriced for low quality job received. A homeless would’ve done a more respectable and efficient job.

Lupita and her team were such a blessing for us. Our family was in haul a$$ mode trying to pack up and move and get our house listed with a real estate agent. Not only was she flexible to meet right away for a quote but next day service! The level of effort and quality of her work was amazing. The house sparkled like new and was so fresh and clean. Our realtor even was super impressed! If I was gonna stay in the area, I would hire her for regular weekly visits. I can't tell you how happy we were to get Lupita. I am super OCD about cleaning, and i didn't have a single complaint! Thank you so much, Lupita! Many blessings back to you and thank you so much for being there for our family.
