They went above and beyond to get our counters installed when they were short staffed. They were installing my counters in the dark way after hours to fulfill their turnaround time and make sure ours were installed in our time crunch to move in. I definitely recommend them! They were the better of the two quotes we received and the office manager was good at responding to me. Our counters are so beautiful and I can’t wait to move in and enjoy them everyday! We ordered 2 vessel sinks for our master bath. Kia was very helpful guiding us in the selection and ordering process, installation was on time and went smoothly. The two techs who installed the sinks were great! Great customer service. 😊

I can’t say enough about Rich at LKB! I stopped in one day praying that someone at their store could replace my daughter’s divided under mount sink for an updated one hole sink. My daughter and I already had two different companies since the first of the year come out and it was a no go! One didn’t know how to do it and the other was a no show! It was a difficult project, but Rich knew what he was doing and so it made it look easy. Now my daughter had a nice new big kitchen sink! Thx Rich!!!

Really happy with the experience working with Luxury kitchen and bath, they have a very nice variety of stones to select from. Kia has a customer service mindset that makes it easy to work with. They deliver earlier than originally planned. Rich and his team did an amazing job on installation. Will definitely have them in mind for my next project.
