The workmanship and quality of materials is extremely poor and cheap. It is astonishing to see that Edward Andrews is charging a premium price for these townhomes yet cuts corners on quality wherever possible. Some examples are: 1) The granite is cut out improperly so that the bathroom faucets are installed crooked 2) The secondary bathrooms have only 1/2" granite countertops 3) The kitchen vent hoods are the cheapest available in the market 4)The outdoor iron railings are already rusting because the contractor did not prime before painting 5) No installation of evergreen trees for privacy and noise reduction along the inside fence on Atlanta Rd. Also note that the builder does not give the buyer any selection whatsoever on the options for the home, not even on the lighting fixtures, cabin
