Frustrating experience trying to return a plant I purchased here less than two weeks ago. It developed (or already had) powdery mildew. When I went to return it, the cashier didn’t know how to process a plant return and had to use their microphone to ask someone for help, presumably that was located in the back. This person never came out. I was asked a bunch of questions about why I was returning it… only to be told at the very end that they “don’t accept plant returns.” If that’s truly the policy, it should be communicated upfront - on the receipt, in-store signage, or on the store website. I couldn’t find it anywhere. The whole interaction felt inconsistent and unclear, like the policy depends on who you get at the register. I won’t be buying plants here again. In addition, the store

I really want to like this store, but the entrance is about as welcoming as a five alarm tire fire. Entering and leaving the store when there are more than a couple people involves shuffling around awkwardly. I imagine management would say it has something to do with loss prevention. So why is every small, low cost item is arranged as close to the exit as possible?

Went to get the lil mini bucket last week, as it was $1.99 online/ in store pick up....I was in the area so figured I'd buy it in person instead of doing a pick up...they had them behind the counter and the lady told me a limit of 5...I said that's fine I just want 1!! Turns out it costs TWICE as much in store than if I bought online and picked up! Idk why it was $3.99 in store but if I bought it online and picked it up in person it would of only been $2.20(with tax!) 😭 I didn't want to have to go back and return it and ask for the price difference and deal with the hassle...so I contacted customer support hoping they could help me out but haven't heard back from them 😞 Honestly I'm VERY disappointed in this! I know it's literally only a couple of dollars but that's beyond ridiculous...bot

The grill selection here is unmatched anywhere else in the entire country. I would say maybe Texas. I was completely blown away and was not aware that Ace is completely killing the game when it comes to grill stuff and grill accessories. They have the entire Weber accessories. They have the entire Traeger accessories. They have the entire the green egg accessories. They have the big green egg and all of them so you can see them in person. They have pellets for your smokers. They have wood chunks. They have wood chips. They have different types of wood like pecan and cherry and hickory and Mesquite. They have dozens of different spices and sauces and brands that I only see online. I would definitely come here if you’re looking for grilling stuff. I will be coming back here, strictly to Ace

Second time, rude cashier. Same lady? I'm not sure. I won't be back. Overpriced items, staff that favors some customers over others. I'm done.
