Ras did an amazing job, he was honest, upfront with pricing and my carpets look fantastic. I would highly recommend him. Ras see you in June when our carpets will need to be cleaned again.

From the two owners to the receptionist... Garbage professionalism & communication. You do not refuse a customer to speak to a manager and hang up. They don't honor their advertising and they like to argue with their customers. I kept making it very clear to refer back to what was written but they just seem to keep wanting to argue rather then honor their advertising and what was agreed upon before scheduling. After I asked the manager to contact me since my work was scheduled 10 to 12, they waited a whole 24hrs to do so and now won't stop even though I've made it clear that I didn't want their business since the receptionist hung up on me because she wouldn't give me the managers name to contact.

Ras did a great job cleaning my carpet.He was professional, not pushy, and was very thorough in his cleaning. I would highly recommend him.
